Howa walnut hunter, Tighten the screws to the correct torque (15 - 20 in-lbs for 6-32 screws) with med strength thread locker and they will not come loose. The mag latch is also moved to the rear of the magazine which prevents accidental mag release when maneuvering the forend. Mine checked in at 2lbs. The action is super smooth.
